Museum of Decorative Arts - UMPRUM
Husova 536/14, Brno

We warmly invite you to an extraordinary evening filled with delicious food and great entertainment as we come together to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Foreigners Group.

The theme of our Gala Night is "MADE BY CZECH", and we encourage you to incorporate clothing, accessories, or elements made by Czech brands into your outfit. The dress code is black tie creative, giving you the perfect opportunity to express your creativity.

The Czech Republic is known for its traditional craftsmanship and innovative design, and we are sure you'll find plenty of inspiration. Can you incorporate a gingerbread heart into your look? Or perhaps patterns from Moravian folk costumes or even elements of world-famous Czech glass?

The possibilities are endless! This evening is the perfect chance to showcase unique and unconventional fashion. Surprise us with your creativity and join us in celebrating the brilliance of Czech craftsmanship.

We look forward to a night full of elegance, originality, and great conversations.

Tips for Gentlemen

Regarding the "tie" category, you don’t have to stick to just the classic white shirt and bow tie, although it’s always a safe bet.

Try playing with tone-on-tone combinations. A black tuxedo with a black or midnight blue shirt is a bold choice that will make you stand out.

Feel free to experiment with the tuxedo itself. Consider unique materials, unusual patterns, or even different colors. A silk, velvet, or brocade tuxedo with embroidery, velvet details, or eye-catching accessories like silver sneakers could be just the ticket for the more daring gentlemen.
Whether you choose a textured tuxedo, a colorful vest, a cummerbund, or a statement shirt, remember the golden rule—only one bold item to let it shine.

A silk necktie instead of a bow tie might be for the truly bold, but how about a wooden bow tie to really stand out?

If you're looking for stylish shoes, check out VASKY or Botas, and remember, you’ll need socks to go with them! And don't forget your belt to keep those pants in place.

A beautiful accessory could be a watch with a rich history, like PRIM

Tips for Ladies

For women, the base of the outfit is the evening gown. Go for bold colors, or unusual materials, and consider dramatic prints, stylish cut-outs, or striking necklines. Ooh la la...

Not in the mood for a dress? No problem! The "creative" dress code allows for pantsuits or long jumpsuits. Why not accessorize with a scarf featuring traditional motifs, a unique collar, or a handcrafted leather belt?

Creativity can also shine through your hairstyle and, of course, in your accessories. Think of clutch bags in creative shapes or colors. Feeling adventurous? Bake a purse out of gingerbread or decorate your hair with tiny gingerbread ornaments!

Wear jewelry made with Moldavite, Czech garnets, freshwater pearls, or even crafted from glass or wood.
